Silecs Adds Capacity at its Electronic Chemcals Production Facility
Expanded, ISO-Certified Facility Supports Manufacturing Ramp-Up by Key Semiconductor Customers
California, November 17, 2005 - Silecs, Inc. today announced the expansion of its electronic chemicals production capacity to several metric tons per month by adding on-line new high purity production lines in Espoo, Finland. The manufacturing site has been certified to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management systems standard. Material production takes place in a clean room environment and utilizes world class practices in clean manufacturing, quality, safety and environmental protection. Silecs utilizes advanced computer controlled reactors to achieve the highest standards of material quality and batch-to-batch consistency. State of the art filtration, filling and packaging practices are utilized in a class 10 clean room environment to achieve the lowest possible particle levels, meeting even the most stringent industry standards.
